“My 5.5 year old autistic daughter has been talking these for a month and I am AMAZED at the difference they are making. Instead of it taking an hour or longer for her to fall asleep, she's now falling asleep in minutes and it's giving her the confidence and self esteem boost she needed so desperately. I can't say for certain if they are helping with her day time mood and anxiety as there's a lot more going on but just for helping her settle to sleep these are a godsend”

“I seen a video on social media of a dietician talking about these magnesium gummies totally safe for children & by taking one a day in the evening suppose to help in many ways! & my son been taking one each night for the past month and I believe they are helping him to sleep less irritable in the evenings. Be consistent they won’t work overnight, it’s been a month and i say the last week or two I can see a difference so il continue with these so they can continue to work and help He takes these alongside multivitamins with omega 3.The taste is really nice. Strawberry flavour, chewy but no issues.”
