“PMS gummies'Yummy gummy'These gummies claim to aid in hormone balance. Every month I unfortunately get migraine due to hormone changes so thought these might help. So far so good. They taste okay, a little artificial and I'm not sure on the texture. They are a little chewy and get stuck in your teeth. Is it worth it to reduce the monthly headaches? Absolutely. 5* would order again”

“I can't say anything for the claims apart from the fact that they've helped with my stomach. I was diagnosed with IBS a while back and have sincerely suffered with it every since. These have seemingly helped with that as I no longer suffer from daily cramps and pain from my gut.I'm also over the MOON with the fact that they don't contain any sweeteners as most of these types of supplements do nowadays. I swear they aggravate my IBS (the sweeteners, that is) and so these have ben great for that.I would happily keep taking them.”

“These "gummies" are definitely not gummies. At least not what you would expect a gummy texture to be. This is more like a chewy taffy or something. I found it hard to chew and the sensory part of my brain didn't care for it either. Flavour is ok. Unsure if this works as I'm hesitant to take on a regular basis because of the texture.”

“Very pleasant taste, not too sweet like too many Vit gummies out there. Nicely balanced. Too early to speak to benefits but I’m hoping it supports me as I need it. Highly recommend.”

“Good ingredients. 4 gummies a day to get the essential vitamins. Tastes like candy. I take 2 in the morning, 2 in the evening (if I remember). Not sure if it helps with any deficiencies but I bought it for its organic ingredients. Still has some sugar but low sugar content compared to other daily vitamins.”

“Great tasting gummy vitamins in the shape of teddy bears (who doesn't like that?) at a serving suggestion size of 2 per day. Decently priced at £6.99 for the bottle. It's hard to measure effects of these kinds of things so I can't comment on that (I haven't noticed any particular changes since taking these) but they are very pleasant to eat and I'm happily munching my way through them with my breakfast each morning!”
