“These gummies taste great, they do get stuck in your teeth though! I started taking them about a week before my period, and on my period I've felt nothing. No dragging pain or uncomfortableness - now I will say I am blessed in that I have pretty mild periods anyway. I know I'm lucky, some people have a lot of pain and a lot of mood issues, so I can't say these will definitely do anything for you. But I do feel they work at least a bit.”

“They are really good can’t fault them any way they are making a real difference to me they taste good also as I have tried others and like I struggled to take them as they tasted awful but these are good just got to remember to eat two not the whole tub”

“I'm told (apparently) by my friend who's taking these, that they taste very nice. At least she doesn't forget to take them.They have slightly eased stomach cramps and the tension resulting from that, so she thinks it's a reasonable price to pay. Not sure if you'll need to take them continuously though, or a week before they are required, the instructions aren't too clear on that.”

“I suffer from depressive mood swings near the end of my menstrual cycle due to hormone fluctuations so I thought I'd give these a go to help ballance my mood. These gummies taste great and I find it easier to rember to take them as its like a daily sweet treat. This sort of thing takes continued use to work but I did notice that my mood swings were less frequent and not as extreme so thing are looking positive so far.”
