“Before,I started using these vitamins. I use to suffer with uncomfortable cramps, bloating and frequent urination, a week or a few days before my period started. I ended up having to take paracetamol or ibuprofen to try and get rid of the pain.Since I've been taking these gummy vitamins everyday, I've felt no pain or discomfort. ðŸ‘”

“These help me monthly. Huge difference in bloating, feeling ill and sick. Sometimes eating the gummies arenâ€™t the easiest and get a bit fed up eating them, but they work. Tastes nice though. Cost more than I wish if Iâ€™m honest but they are the best thing Iâ€™ve tried and not the drugs from doctors (that donâ€™t work). Help with all areas thatâ€™s mentioned on the jar. Recommend.”

“Iâ€™ve only tried them this month in the luteal phase, but Iâ€™ve definitely felt a difference in my mood and my partner has also noticed this. Iâ€™m not sure if itâ€™s a placebo effect but Iâ€™ll take it! :)”
