“Nice flavour and easy to chew and take daily. Not sure if it's actually had an effect on my body but I do somewhat feel a little better when recovering from colds but also my body feels more easy to move. But maybe a placebo effect”

“Like all vitamins/supplements, you need to take these for a sustained period of time to see improvements.From my experience the gummies taste good (which helps to remember to take them each day) albeit the Teddy bear shape is a bit random. Having taken these for about a year, I believe there is an improvement in skin consistency and elasticity.Given what some are charging for collagen supplements value for money is OK but given its on a subscription, this can vary on order to order”
