“My nails seemed to grow thicker & longer soon after taking these. I've trued powder collagen before but it's not easy for me to maintain a dose every day. With these I have no problem. I didn't take them away on holiday with me & the nails started to return to being brittle & break easily. Soon as I got back on track, it made a big difference!”
