You get a thick glass container, with a silver twist off lid and under the lid is an extra pull off plastic cover. This is within a pretty branded card presentation box, that has information printed. Inside the jar is 100ml of the cleaner, in a set consistency, although it seems to 'melt' when you apply it to your skin.
I do find the aroma quite strong, although it is obviously the natural oils - I smell mainly rosemary, which I find rather overpowering. I did a patch test because I have very sensitive skin and was pleased that I did not get a reaction. I have been using it for the last couple of days and it seems to be suiting my skin well and is effective at removing my make-up. It does not leave a greasy feeling to my face. The instructions state that you should apply to dry skin and then remove with warm water and 'our face cloth'. I thought that would mean that the cloth was included - this is not the case. I presume you have to buy that separately. I have been using oval cotton pads and that has been successful.
This natural cleaning balm has been made in the UK and is suitable for vegans. It should be used within 12 months of opening. The current price of £39.60 is rather expensive, in my opinion, for 100mls.”

Comes in a 100 ml glass jar, looks waxy and after applying it on the face will leave the skin moisturised.
After that will wipe with a warm cloth/pad and the skin will say thank you.

The cleanser has a lovely waxy gel- like consistency and smells wonderful. It isn't a strong perfume it's a subtle natural smell.
It goes on really well and leaves my skin feeling well fed and not at all dry. I use it all over my face, neck and decollage� it's beautiful and very luxurious.

“My first thought when I opened the lid is that the balm smells really nice. I applied this by just using my finger tips in circular motion in the pot and the same onto my face. I rinsed this off with tepid water and my skin afterwards felt smooth and soft. I have to say my skin does look improved and this is only after a few days of using this. All the ingredients used for making this are all natural and I have never come across gold of pleasure before so after looking this up on the internet I found that this is a plant and it has been said to have been used to even out skin tone and has also help reduce fine lines and wrinkles. I do really like this it’s a 100ml jar and I think the price is really good for an excellent cleansing balm so I 100% recommend”
“This came in its own slick branded box. It has a lovely smell of eucalyptus with a hint of rosemary.
It’s a blend of Rosemary, Bergamot, Rose Geranium and Eucalyptus essential Oils, made from 100% natural ingredients, which leaves the skin feel hydrated and very soft.
Good as facial make-up remover or simply cleansing product, the balm is easy to apply. Just massage in well first then remove with a wet pad and lastly pat dry.
Although fairly pricey for just 100ml, not much is needed to be used at a time, leaving the skin really refreshed. Like all of their products, it’s 100% natural and a quality product. Recommended.”
