“This is a beautifully packed and presented cleansing balm, 100ml in a glass jar with a silver screw top lid, inside a smart powder blue cardboard box.
The balm is protected by a plastic pull-off lid. It looks creamy and waxy and smells slightly waxy and of botanicals. Unusually, the product is applied to a dry, not damp face, but it spreads well with the warmth of your fingers, and sinks in well, leaving the skin hydrated, cleansed and moisturised. With ingredients including sweet almond oil, jojoba seed oil, shea butter, rosemary leaf oil, eucalyptus leaf oil - and not forgetting crambe Abyssinica seed oil also known as Abyssinian oil which is the new kid on the block delivering high levels of omega fatty acids, and promoting skin softness, plumpness and nourishment.
I wiped gently off with a warm, wet, double sided flannel/muslin cloth, and was really pleased with the results. Obviously, avoid the eye area.
My skin is ultra sensitive (eczema, rosacea) and was very happy with this product - no adverse reactions.”
