“We are very happy we bought this door. It's quite expensive, but we think it's worth every dollars: it's very easy to install (we replaced a standard glass cat door with this) and program it and above all, already after a week that we have it, our cat is going back to be the relaxed and confident cat she was before the neighbor cats started to go inside the house and harass her while we were not there. Our cat wasn't quite sure about the door longer tunnel and the 'click' it makes when it opens to allow her to go in the house, but in just a day she learned to use it as well as the old door. I just hope that this cat door is weatherproofed enough and that all its electronic components can bear well the wet Auckland winter with all its condensation...”
“In terms of quality and function the door is great, my only quibble is that a better indicator of the size cat this would fit would be very beneficial. It is smaller by a considerable margin than any other cat door I have had in the past. Measurements are provided but this can be difficult to visualize.
I had to swap this door for the Pet door" as my cat is thin but quite tall and he simply wouldn't fit through the door."”
“I love the way this door works but my 2 cats are only average size cats and they both have to squeeze through this cat door ( I have not had this problem with other cat doors before.) I only realised the size problem after we had installed the door so was too late to send it back......:(”
“A good product. A slow process training the kitten to use the flap. After 5 days use our kitten is still in the learning process to use the cat door. Currently the flap is taped open to allow in and out entry.. But when the flap is dropped down the kitten has not learnt to push the flap open.”
“Allows the cat to come in and out as she pleases without the worry of other cats getting inside the house. Quite expensive for a catdoor but worth it.”
