“With instructions in French l did not stand a chance, resulting in my removing the wrong protective tab and rendering the cartridge unuseable.”

“product is fine but the delivery man again did not ring brell or knock, left packge leaning against door for all to see, when there are large flower pots either side of door where they could be placed out if sight to passing public ( second time both reported )”
