“Compatible cartridges did not work with my printer, spent 30 minutes ‘troubleshooting’ to no avail. No refund could be issued until the company received the faulty cartridges, and it’s now going to take 7-10 working days to get a refund. Life’s to short to be messed around like this! Can’t even select ‘poor’ on the review boxes, the default in the mid range!”

“Very prompt and accurate service, as is common for companies in this sector. But the problem I had is when I had a failure with a new cartridge. the Cyan stopped working, but when I contacted Printerinks to resolve the problem I realised that this would not be easy. Firstly they wanted proof that it was so, so I prointed a copy of a document showing the colour changes an sent it. And other information. All in all, replacement wasn't going to happen, so Printerinks are now 3rd on my list of choice.”
