I do apologise.
I had emailed you back the day after you had emailed but I guess that email never made it's way to you. I had also followed up with you on the 18th asking you went with ROUTE.
Could you check your spam folder maybe?
In the email I explained that I had looked up tracking through the UPS website for you and your parcel seemed to be stuck.
You had taken out ROUTE package protection with us which is great so all you needed to do was follow the link on the email ROUTE had sent you or simply look up www.route.com to lodge a claim for a missing parcel.
I hope this all makes sense and I do apologise for the missing emails.
