“I ordered the Fabric Protector Big Job Pack. First issue was that the sprayer did not work. I ended up using an empty bottle I had with a sprayer to use the product. I followed all the instructions. No protection was produced from the product. I emailed back and forth with customer service, (they were responsive) but all the ways to resolve the issue were placed on me. I tried everything they suggested. The product did not protect any fabric that I used it on. The sprayer was defective and I'm out the money I spent on this product. I would not recommend this.”

In the last email, I advised to apply the rest of the bottle of protectME as not enough product was applied in the first treatment for sufficient protection.
Did you manage to apply another coat and wait the full 24 hours as suggested to test again?
As explained in the email, I was happy to send you the replacement battery sprayer but I was waiting on wether the second coat with the remaining product helped with the outcome to see wether a full refund was needed or not.
