We are very sorry that the battery sprayer didn't work for you.
Can you please confirm you have inserted the batteries correctly, i.e. one up and one down? Some customers seem to miss that step so we like to double check.
It is also possible that the batteries provided could be flat so please try new batteries aswell.
If you are having trouble drawing the liquid from the bottle, there is a small white ring in the cap of the battery sprayer that attaches to the bottle.
Please remove this to hopefully create better suction.
We are more than happy to send a free replacement if this has been done and you still can't get it to work.
