“I paid $20.00 extra for an attachment that does not work. I have bought batteries, changed them around as suggested, taken the ring out, as suggested and still have a product that does not work. I have even sent videos of the product and I keep getting return emails saying to try something else. I want my money back, plus the $6.00 for batteries.”
Hi Kimberly.
I am sorry for the emails but i do just need to confirm that you have tried changing the orientation of the batteries around before i send you out a new one. This, 9 times out of 10 will fix the problem.
Inserting the batteries the wrong way around can cause reverse polarity and will allow the sprayer to turn on but will cause the sprayer to blow air out of the straw instead of draw the liquid up.
Can you please confirm you have tried to change the batteries around? If so, I can send you the new sprayer out.

“The product worked amazingly! I did have an issue with the sprayer but I reached out and they were able to assist me with my issue. I do want to say the product is really good (my pup had an accident on my new couches thankfully I had already used this product to protect the fabric! I was able to clean it up without any stains or leaks occurring, I was amazed. Also it doesn’t have a smell to it. I do recommend”

“Hi , we bought this product for our fabric barstools and also for our large floor rug . I wasn’t sure how it will turn out . I made sure that I read the instructions regarding the process and to test the fabric to see if it changed the colour. The good news is that the colour stayed the same and the product works really well . I had an old shirt that I wanted to see if it worked . It worked perfectly the area where I didn’t spray the water penetrated the material and where I sprayed the water stayed on top like a water bubble.”
“Wife was unsure about me doing the job but it was as easy as descrbed and turned out perfect.
Did the water test very good execpt some of the water ran off onto the carpet haha.”
