Connecting it via the app is overcomplicated due to its separate SSID password requirement for the routers 2.4ghz band. This was only discovered after connecting it to the intranet which I would have avoided.
The included remote control works well and does the job”
“I've had the Vacuum working now for over a week and have found it great. I have used it in the Vacuum and Mopping mode and both work very well.
Things that I think need improving are follows:-
1) I have not been able to get the app to do a full map of the house. It does about half the house using AUTO on one charge. So I have to use two maps, one for each half of the house. It would be easier to use if there was one map for the whole house.
2) When vacuuming carpet the chute in the charging unit gets blocked every time. I have got over this by doing one small room at a time or by dividing a larger room into sections and vacuuming each section at a time. This means I have to restart the vacuum each time to do each section. It would be good if the vacuum restarted itself to do all the sections one at a time and emptying the bin each time itself.”
“Unlike the Hobot 388 I bought concurrently, we're very happy with the T10 robot vacuum cleaner. It does do a few crazy Ivan's and its cleaning pathway seems a mystery at times but it gets the job done. I recommend this product.”
