“While overall a good robot vacuum, sometimes it totally shuts down and will not start without a complete restart. This can be really annoying as you have to hold the buttons down for quiet a long time and then wait for it to reboot. Everything needs to be reset. Very annoying!”
“This unit is really cost effective, mop works best in my tile floor, just in carpet still leave small particles with even the strongest suction but otherwise good, still working with mapping as in some areas goes many times but in some areas just goes once quickly and don't do deep cleaning, not sure the reason as it's just clear space not with other furniture or anything but need to figure out the reason”
“Took awhile for the vacuum to map the house effectively but once it did it was fine. Says don’t have to empty the collection bin or up to 60 days but with a pet and a baby in the house we emptied it after the first full house clean”
“So it arrived yesterday so much quicker than expected! We used it last night and the whole family watched it work! It did a great job scanned well and didn’t get stuck where I expected it to. I have only used the vacuum will be mopping on the weekend. Previous reviews have stated it is better on hard floors but I was also happy with the job it did on carpet too! App is easy! Love it!”
