It is really good. Works a treat but you need to take a bit of time to work out the mapping but once you understand what is going on you are fine. It cleans well, it is logical in it's approach and I think it is really good. The major area for improvement is the ability to have different floors available in the mapping. There is a work around but could be a bit better. Would recommend.

Love it,only thing is I should have bought a square one , as doesn't work right in the corner s . Have yet to try the mopping . Regards Jenny Ward.

Only been using for 5 days but doing a great job of picking up the hair from my German Shepherd off of the hardwood flooring. It had trouble with the edge of a very thin rug in the hallway but once removed it was fine. Haven't used the mop function yet so cannot comment on that. I live in a 2 story house but I am disappointed that I cannot find anything in the manual to help with dealing with this situation which is a shame as this must be a very common scenario. The build quality and ease of setup are great. The phone app is also very good but again no instructions on how to get the best out of it which is a bit of a let down. Overall I am very happy with it but yet to see how it will perform on carpet and with mopping the hardwood floors.

I’m very impressed so far. This is my third robot vacuum and by far the most effective in cleaning and mapping. I have not needed to manually clean any of the edges with this robot nor had to rescue it from rugs or doorway ledges. I had issues connecting the vacuum to the app, but after 24 hours it suddenly worked so perhaps the robot needs to be fully charged or my wifi provider wasn’t giving me the bandwidth needed. The customer support (RobotMyLife) was great though- available and patient. But now the app works my whole house is mapped extremely accurately; it was easy to petition areas; connected to Alexa easily; does not need a second run ever and picks up all the litter my brat cats drop and of course the auto emptying makes it completely effortless. I think my Dyson has just been retired :) My only concern is that it only has a one year warranty and they expect you to renew the main brush every 6-12 months and the side brushes and filters every two months which makes the $650 robo vac dearer and you don’t know this until you’ve bought it. And then you’re not going to want to return it because it is very, very good.
