“Radio works well. Clarity is good for quite a distance. The radios work much better than the previous set I bought. Purchasing the long range antenna was a must! Good quality and fast shipping!”

“I like the two-way handheld. Was disappointed that there was no mention when I purchased this item in plain sight on the web page that I needed FCC license to use this product until after I had received it. Would have been helpful to have a warning on the page where the item is purchased.”

Hello Mark, We are happy you are pleased with your Rugged GMR2 Plus handheld radios. We currently state on the bottom of the product page that an FCC license is required to operate the radio and include a link directly to the website to obtain one. I will talk with the team to see if there is a way we can make that line more eye-catching so that we can ensure no one else is unaware of this. Thank you for your help!

“I like them, they look rugged,(pun intended). But there is no operation manual, so they are not as useful to me.”
