Which kit components were the most impactful and why?
The kit components - the Lego. It's an expensive toy to have in the class, so the children were very excited (and still are), to have it and to continue to play with it!

The cooperation and creativity they have learned and developed while they play and make with it.

How important is it to you that classroom resources are made from recyclable materials and are reusable?
How did the context of farming allow your learners to explore and develop literacy?
We are a rural school so we focussed more on extending our vocabulary and including more detail into our writing. Structured Literacy, we learned rhyming words with pig, goat, etc. We learned Maori for the names of animals and farm equipment.
