Which kit components were the most impactful and why? Roll read and draw. Although my young 5 year olds couldn't read some of the words they were able to follow the verbal instructions.

“My children absolutely loved this resource. There was lots of excitement and anticipation when they got to open a new packet of lego and build the contents of the packet. It helped them to learn how to co-operate and work together as a team. There was lots of discussions and the activities were engaging for the tamariki.”

“A group of seven 7 and 8-year-old worked together for three days a week over five weeks in term one. They're enjoying, and benefiting from it, so much that they're going to carry on for a few weeks into term two. This has been an excellent exercise in teamwork - patience and turn-taking in particular, problem-solving, language development (especially for one target child), and challenging them to be divergent thinkers. We're in a rural area, and this really sparked interest in the farming and production that goes on around the children that they haven't necessarily between aware of.”

Which kit components were the most impactful and why? The actual Lego pieces and the farm puzzle. These provided hours of directed play.
