Which kit components were the most impactful and why? The actual bricks - especially the 'loose parts' as they could create their own farms, buildings, vehicles...

What is the legacy this kit will leave behind on your learners? The children had to work together, collaborate and share and communicate using this resource. (All valuable skills.)

“It was great to get the students to co-operate to build the lego - I discovered some great engineering skills in the class and some fantastic relations as students helped each other. We have just started to explore the Te Reo cards which adds a richer developmental level to the 'play'.”

Please provide 2+ examples of student voice on the kit's impact on them "Mrs R can we please have our farm out today - I want to play a story with my friend". "I need to go and make some grass to feed the animals - cos thats what farmers do!"

Which kit components were the most impactful and why? The mini animals - the kids loved these and would pretend to make the noises, or have a whole imaginary play scenario going on using them. The bricks to construct and arrange the farm the way they wanted it to be.

What is the legacy this kit will leave behind on your learners? We put the kit into an old water tray with fake grass lining it. It is now part of our classroom environment. At the end of the day one of the learners goes and puts the lid on the watertray so the animals can all sleep!
