LD- The flowchart on the back of the back of the book is helpful because it reminds me of things I can do to make myself feel better. I loved reading my letter and I learnt that sometimes my strengths can be weaknesses too. KB - I have learnted what I need to do if I don't feel great. The box is great because you don't have to tell the teacher how you feel but she still knows.
Which kit components were the most impactful and why?
The check in box is extremely valuable. Chn. are more likely to share how they really feel compared to when you ask them in the morning. Watching the children read their letters was really lovely, many were keen to share snippets with me.
What is the legacy this kit will leave behind on your learners?
Being able to articulate more clearly how they feel and recognise some body signals. Being able to implement some strategies to help themselves feel better.
