The Self-Esteem 24 kit has noticeably influenced the way students speak to each other. They are more thoughtful, supportive, and encouraging in their interactions, using kinder language and actively trying to notice each other’s strengths. The check-ins and “changing thoughts” exercises have helped them pause before responding, replace negative comments with positive ones, and build stronger, more respectful friendships.
