What is the legacy this kit will leave behind on your learners? Alongside their learning around the zones of regulation, I believe the daily check in and rise and shine wall will be something we will continue to do.

“This toolkit worked really well alongside our learning about the Zones of Regulation. I found that a lot of the resources tied in nicely and the students were very engaged.”

How has this the kit influenced the way in which students speak to each other? Yes - it helped us develop our class expectations and we use this regularly to keep the way we speak to each other at a high standard

How has this the kit influenced the way in which students speak to each other? The circle of influence task made some of them realsie the influence they have over others and I have seen some conscious decisions to think before they say things.

Which response stood out most? The positive affirmations question. This lead to discussion on compliments and how in general the class were not used to giving or receiving these.

How has this the kit influenced the way in which students speak to each other? The kit has helped students realise than that there are several ways/angles to look at a situation, helping them understand others better and show more compassion - one of our school values :)

We have trusted adults who love us as we are and we should love ourselves too, strengths and weaknesses included, the whole package!
