What feedback have you received from students or parents about the learning in this kit? None, I just saw that the tamariki enjoyed it and were engaged
“Story Vets was an amazing kit to for tamariki to use to discriminate information and sort it, then make decisions based on the information they have. The tamariki enjoyed the puzzle/treasure hunt feel to investigating their specialisation animal. A highlight was working in rōpū to create Kahoots about their specialisation animal too.”

How did this resource help students understand process of elimination using data analysis? The older students could grasp it, as part of their maths programme, they then helped the younger students in our buddy class.

What feedback have you received from students or parents about the learning in this kit? The children really enjoyed the kit. They learnt a lot of being a vet and animals. It goes beyond the basic knowledge of animals that they usually have.
“This is a very engaging kit and hooked th estudents in, especially the x-rays! It is so helpful for children to learn about animals. The inquiry focus was a bonus and some great quality work was produced. The focus on animals was appealing to all the children. Thank you!”

“I really struggled to understand what was happening with this school kit. It was quite confusing to follow the plan. I was working with another teacher and she also struggled. Maybe term 4 was not the best time to be using it. The coding at the very start was also confusing!”
