My children were really engaged and encouraged to save water at home and school. They loved putting the stamps on the class charts and analysing the results we created. They were very interested in new ways of saving water especially re-using cups and putting dishwashers on only when full.

The water savers kit is a really cool idea and I was looking forward to using it with my class - I think it would have been more motivating to track our water usage at school e.g. how much water we drink from the fountain or fill up our bottles, washing hands, washing equipment etc.

Brilliant idea, great visuals to support this important issue in a way that children can access and undestand the role they have in saving water. The charts took up a lot of room on the wall. Perhaps doing it individually on a digital chart to start and then create the bigger charts might make it easier. We ran out of room on some charts to stamp too.

This was an excellent Kit to highlight the need to be mindful about our water footprint and how our usage affects others. The families that my akomanga belong to were already very water conscious so this kit provided a why behind the strategies their whānau have in place. Excellent and engaging kit for sure!

The kit provided tangible materials and prompts that sparked curiosity and encouraged active participation. It was accessible to all students in the class. Enough resources for all learners. Some of the activities required students to access information from home which some learners did not participate in.
