The water savers kit is a great concept, however, the input required by the students at home can make it tricky to get the data back in to school. The resources for the lead up to the 10 day challenge were great.

My class loved this kit! They really became obsessed with saving water in every way possible, and being able to see their progress on the charts and comparing it to other contexts was pretty cool. They also loved the scientific side, learning about the water cycle, and it's impact on Earth. They found it so interesting, and a few times I heard them singing the song by The Bazillions. They also loved the activity which showed the relative amounts of water on Earth (saltwater, frozen freshwater, undrinkable freshwater, drinkable freshwater).
