students were able to link this to kaitiakitanga - being a guardian of our environment and resources. Good compare contrast between students living in town versus those on tanks on a farm.

What was the impact of the daily stamping practice in your classroom and which water benchmark did your students find most fascinating?
Students started off engaged, with interest wavering after about ten days. In the future I would consider doing one for a week a twice a term then they can compare.
How have your students' perceptions of water conservation changed since using the resource and did it foster a sense of responsibility and awareness in your classroom?
Students have been more aware of water wastage. I have revisited the topic several times to keep them from losing interest (common in pre teens)
