I'm so sorry to hear that you were having trouble with our Prebiotic Pet Balm. I'd love to help! The consistency is hard upon arrival so it does not melt during transit. We recommend breaking the surface with the back of a metal spoon. You can warm the container or a small amount of balm in the sun, or continue to rub the balm really well with your fingers to make it easier to apply. A little bit goes a long way so if it is thick and goopy then we suggest applying a small amount at a time.
