“So got my pan and used it a couple of days later. It cooked well. I always start on a lower heat, been cooking for 40 years, and everything was cooked nicely. I do find it a bit heavy, but my other pan is an old cast iron one, so used to the weight, just me getting older. Love it, also being Oz made gets my tick everytime!!”
