Developing the coating took some practice and I did need to redo it a few times after an incorrect application an easy enough learning curve with induction cooktops”

AUSION pan has nothing to wear off Thats a big plus Simply make sure its seasoned before first use and periodically after and things wont stick Most times we are able to wipe the pan clean with paper and just a quick wash off
Eventually we hope to replace more of our pots with Ausion too
