“Weve had our 30cm skillet for at least three years and its used multiple times every day in our busy kitchen Eggs pancakes stir fries burgers ovenbake frittatas and curries it cooks them all well with lovely even heat distribution Once wellseasoned the pan is smooth and slippery and very easy to clean with hot water and a good plastic dish brush Tomatobased sauces can sometimes break down the seasoning a little but with a thicker recoat of fat its fine once more So so happy with this product were just about to buy a smaller skillet for the little jobs”
