“The product is as described and of good quality (DonJoy is a good brand). Sportsbrace.com.au order processing was unexpectedly slow. Ordered on a Saturday, it was processed on a Wednesday, shipped on Thrusday or Friday (unclear), to then be delivered a week later. Refunds/Returns options are pretty much non-existent (included on the bottom page fine print, one click away which I should've read). They offer an exchange option potentially costing over $20 postage if you can't exchange at their local shop. Before ordering from this company make sure you are 100% sure the product you're buying is the suitable one, and do not expect a quick order turnaround (it might've been a once-off, if you need anythign urgent perhaps pick up the phone and give them a call). They are responsive via email.”
“Bought on the 12/11/14 after 2 so order us processed next day. Oder was invoiced on the 18/11/24. I called several times and was advised it was courier issue. Courier received 4 pm 22/11/24, missed the delivery and as I’m rural has to wait over a week to receive it. This company is so incompetent. They could have put it as medical equipment and it would have been delivered the next day, which apparently they are aware of this. Will never buy from them again.”

How can you say “No refund if product not suitable”, but have no avenue for trying the product on and with a useless Fitting Guide.
Exchange is possible, if you send Brace back, preferably in the same brown box, as long as the packaging is intact. Question, what happens when the brown box it was sent in, was way too small, and the Brace arrived in damaged packaging? Guess I’ll find out when the Returns Department receive my Brace back. Bet any money, it will somehow be my fault, even though I spent extra on a proper shipping box with extra padding, and I will be denied an Exchange.
Do not buy from Sports Braces.”
