“My feet were both swollen after walking about 15 miles from lower Manhattan all the way Uptown. I began to get a charlie horse in my right calf that bothered me for almost 15 minutes and wouldn't go away. After spraying the magnesium all over my right calf and foot, the pain in my calf subsided within minutes then the swelling in my feet went down after about 30 minutes.”

“We use it when we feel any cramp coming on, and it eases them quickly. it absorbs fairly fast, and even tho it is called an oil, it isn't "oily." Stocked up as it is good for a long time.”

“I only purchased Magnesium Oil from Sunfood but no place else.. for years. Sunfood's magnesium oil is continued to be the best in my book. Orders arrived always well packs and in perfect condition; however, recently one of the magnesium oil bottles was damaged. I called/texted to let them know. They sent a replacement in the mail soon after. Thank you. God Bless!”
