“A lot of people don't realize that their poor quality of sleep could be because of a magnesium deficiency. In addition to magnesium pills, i spray on Sunfood's Pure and Potent Magnesium Oil -- especially before bed. I rub it into my arms, legs and feet just before lights out for extra deep sleep. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I take several magnesium capsules and spray on another round of magnesium oil -- and fall happily back asleep again. Without this oil, I do not sleep well at all. Here's another tip for poor sleepers: Do you toss all night? You might need more vitamin D3. Try some drops on your tongue at bedtime. Repeat as necessary.”
