“I bought this product to help with muscle cramps in my calves and feet which I get every morning. I'm just about done with the first bottle and although it hasn't entirely gotten rid of the cramps (and I use 10-12 sprays per leg), every once in a while I will forget to use it at night before I go to bed. Let me tell you, the next morning the cramps are always infinitely worse (to the point where sometimes they wake me up from a dead sleep) so it does at least help somewhat with the cramping issue.”

“I definitely sleep better when I use a few sprays at night. I decided to try rubbing it on my neck and jawline to see if it would help with my teeth clenching-and it did. I keep it on my night stand and use another 2 sprays if I wake up in the middle of the night. And I really notice if I forget to use it. This stuff if great!”
