“It takes a few minutes to work, but does, and beats getting up in the middle of the night to walk circles around the room! It feels like water going on and absorbs very quickly with no sticky after-feel. I use about 4-5 sprays per calf after every shower and my first bottle has lasted nearly 6 months. I will be re-ordering soon!”

“I discovered by accident that this takes away underarm odor. I even got my daughter off of aluminum antiperspirant using this. I love Sundfood's magnesium as it is not sticky and itchy like other brands. It literally feels like water. I also use on my feet at night for better rest and on my temples when I feel a headache coming on. I tell everyone I know about this!”

“My husband and I always keep a bottle of magnesium oil handy beside our bed, just in case we get any foot/leg cramp at night. Therefore, we have tried many brands of magnesium oil in the past. Since we love other products of Sunfood, we decided to give this product a try. It is more a light liquid (almost watery); not "oil." However, it is still very effective to stop foot/leg cramp (almost as soon as it was applied to the cramping area).”
