Golden Milk Super Blend is a warming and delicious elixir featuring superfoods and herbs. Golden Milk is an ancient Ayurvedic beverage that has a mildly sweet taste and can be served warm or cold.
Turmeric is the main ingredient in this blend and is activated by black pepper for increased bioavailability. In combination with maca - an adaptogenic root – it can help induce a sense of balance. Boswellia, ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon work in harmony to round out the flavor profile.
Simply stir into almond or coconut milk and let it go to work.
Turmeric Content: Approximately 1.2g/1200mg per 1 Tsp (3g) serving

“Three or four times a week I will use Sunfood golden milk as a nightcap. It just seems to help soothe and calm everything in my system overnight. I warm up some vanilla oat creamer, add golden milk powder, I also add some Sunfood Ashwaganda, then top the hot drink off with cold almond milk to bring the Temperature down right to where I like it. :)”

“Love..love my golden milk!! I purchased when it first came out at sunfood.com and have been use for years now, mainly with my coffee and milkshake daily. I keep my golden milk in a small glass jar, so I don't have to open often the zip bag that came with, stay fresh longer I guess. Love the ingredients. The shippment was lightning fast. “Goes well with warmed oat milk. A nice creamy texture. Much better than other golden milks that have a bit too much of a turmeric kick. Nice to have a drink with so many healthy ingredients that also taste wonderful.”
