Golden Milk Super Blend is a warming and delicious elixir featuring superfoods and herbs. Golden Milk is an ancient Ayurvedic beverage that has a mildly sweet taste and can be served warm or cold.
Turmeric is the main ingredient in this blend and is activated by black pepper for increased bioavailability. In combination with maca - an adaptogenic root – it can help induce a sense of balance. Boswellia, ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon work in harmony to round out the flavor profile.
Simply stir into almond or coconut milk and let it go to work.
Turmeric Content: Approximately 1.2g/1200mg per 1 Tsp (3g) serving

“I started drinking this after being treated for h-pylori. I mix 1 teaspoon of golden milk super blend and 1 teaspoon of matcha powder into 1/2 cup of almond coconut milk and 1/2 cup water that has been heated. It is delicious! I was an avid 2 cup morning coffee person for 45 years but during treatment for h-pylori could not have caffeine. After treatment still am drinking this and one cup of green tea for my morning drink. Don't drink coffee anymore.”

“When I first tried this, I didn't like the taste because I wasn't used to stevia as a sweetner. I started using very little and would mix it in my coffee. However, over time, I've developed a taste for this and actually really enjoy it. I have some every morning in warm water and drink it like a tea. I also feel like it's doing my body good since it has so many super food ingredients. I love the ingredients and plan to continue to take this. I recommend it!”

“I’ve made this several times using almond milk since ordering it almost 2 months ago and enjoy the warmth and fragrant aroma, like a spice chai. Some reviews mention the stevia not being too strong. Personally I’d be happy with less. Perhaps Sunfood might consider offering Golden Milk Blend with OR without stevia for those who’d prefer using honey or yacon syrup for sweetening to their own taste instead.”

“Thanks to this product turmeric couldn't be easier to consume! I've been drinking golden milk every day this winter with warm almond milk and it's delicious. I used to add turmeric to my smoothies with some black pepper, but this product has black pepper already added as part of the ingredients, this is really a 5 star product!”
