Golden Milk Super Blend is a warming and delicious elixir featuring superfoods and herbs. Golden Milk is an ancient Ayurvedic beverage that has a mildly sweet taste and can be served warm or cold.
Turmeric is the main ingredient in this blend and is activated by black pepper for increased bioavailability. In combination with maca - an adaptogenic root – it can help induce a sense of balance. Boswellia, ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon work in harmony to round out the flavor profile.
Simply stir into almond or coconut milk and let it go to work.
Turmeric Content: Approximately 1.2g/1200mg per 1 Tsp (3g) serving

“I just purchased this and made myself a cup this am and I can't even believe how good it is! Its very smooth and fragrant. I added a tsp of honey and used it in warned coconut milk. I also added an extra dash of cinnamon and a dash of ground clove on top- simply divine! Just in time for fall!! ITs like all the autumn colors and flavors in a cup- a new favorite for sure!!!
