Golden Milk Super Blend is a warming and delicious elixir featuring superfoods and herbs. Golden Milk is an ancient Ayurvedic beverage that has a mildly sweet taste and can be served warm or cold.
Turmeric is the main ingredient in this blend and is activated by black pepper for increased bioavailability. In combination with maca - an adaptogenic root – it can help induce a sense of balance. Boswellia, ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon work in harmony to round out the flavor profile.
Simply stir into almond or coconut milk and let it go to work.
Turmeric Content: Approximately 1.2g/1200mg per 1 Tsp (3g) serving

“How magical...a warm cup at night for deep sleep and again in the morning with matcha, I can have life both ways! By adding coconut water or nut milk or matcha....be creative, they all are delicious. I use a very reasonably priced battery-powered whisker to whip up the ingredients and for a frothy, hot cup of deliciousness!”

“I love making this before bed, it helps me sleep better and my body feels better in the morning. It's a bit difficult to completely mix and the product falls to the bottom easily. Just be sure to mix well. Pairs very well with oat milk!”

“I was skeptical that the taste would be too strong and/or bitter. Boy was I wrong, I add 1 tsp to warmed unsweetened organic almond milk with a dash of Ceylon cinnamon and am in LOVE with this healthy beverage. This is even good before bed as well. This will be my go to from here on out.”

“I've never tried Golden Milk but was really impressed with the ingredients. This is very delicious and easy to drink. I'm happy that it dissolves quickly & thoroughly in liquid. I've been putting it in warmed almond milk for breakfast. I will be repurchasing this product.”
