Our MyGlove products do typically take 4-6 weeks in production and you can find that information stated on the MyGlove or MyShirt page prior to entering the 3D Configurator. The information is also given again before finishing the checkout process and finally again with the order confirmation.
We usually have up to 3 days to cancel a MyProduct order before it enters the production line, after that, we unfortunately cannot cancel or edit the order. We try to reduce this amount of time as much as possible in order for us to respect our production dead line and respect our promised 4-6 weeks production timeframe.
