“Sorry to say but I was disappointed with my ribeye steak, the sirloin was perfect. My choice of steak is a ribeye and being carnivore I eat steak daily but found it to be tough and grizzly .”

“After getting 2 packs of the sirloin steak out of the freezer for a dinner party for 6, I cooked it all to medium rare a and rested it for 6 minutes then plated it all up to discover it was some of the worst steak Ive ever had it was so tough and grisly it was impossible to eat, this on top of the minted lamb steaks which were also all fatty and tough, we had the week before I dont think I will be ordering again any time soon, and not being able to call and speak to anyone I find this totally unacceptable”
