“Great taste, but the toughest piece of steak I have ever had the misfortune to cook. Even only cooked to medium rare and rested it was difficult to cut with good steak knives and even harder to chew. I;ve cooked a lot of steaks over the years and this was one of the worst Do not recommend!”
