“The bag feel of a decent quality material, that is definitely waterproof as stated. The straps are comfortable and the back padding is adequate. The only minor complaint I have is that the clips for the top opening don’t seem of the same quality of the rest of the bag. Overall it is a good looking bag with cleaver design features and good pockets, for both general storage and personal items like passports. I would definitely recommend it as a travel bag.”

“The backpack it’s self looks and feels of good quality. I haven’t seen another backpack like it. The customer service was terrible. It took 6 months for me to receive my backpack. I ordered it January and it was meant to come April but it didn’t come until mid june. I kept emailing them and they would just say there’s delays because the uk is no longer part of the eu and other excuses. It got to the point where I thought I wasn’t getting anything. I looked at so many reviews and 98% of the people were saying the same thing about not having anything yet. And lots of comments on their posts all saying the same thing. I’d say it’s not a scam as I did receive what I ordered and I am happy with it. But for the money it’s a lot of time, hassle and uncertainty.”

“It really is awesome I tried it this weekend. I could pack way more than needed, the accessibility of the stuff is really good, the colour is beautiful, wearing it is cery confortable. But there are little defaults that shouldn't be there considering the price : - it was on the floor (top protected by a roof) while it was raining at some point and a printed paper inside got wasted, so my guess is that the bottom is not so waterproof - the clips attachement of the top pocket are not what is featured on the pictures - the bag stays quite huge when on 20L mode which doesn't comply with the primary positioning of the extensible bag Love it anyway”
