“Well it’s the second one that I buy. The first was when I joined the crowdfunding and I gave it to my youngest daughter for her birthday. It was a success. Her friends were intrigued and asked where she got it from. This year my eldest, who has borrowed it several times, asked one for her birthday and so I got it in a different colour. It’s very well designed, lots of space, pockets, zips and it’s robust. You can organize the space inside it with an accessory - wardrobe - if you like. My son’s birthday will be in a few months…”

How satisfied are you with the product quality? The product is different to what I expected from the website

“the delivery was amazing, within 24 hours. Customer Service was also very helpful. But to the bag - the straps in the front need to be at least 10 cm longer - if the shell is full it is not possible to fold over the top and close. Also, the extra pocket for shoes at the bottom is definitely too small for any shoe (not flipflops) bigger than siez 38/39. I could not get a thin pair of ankle boots, size 38 into it and close it. Longer straps with the hooks would also be a good idea here. And finally, an additional hook in a different direction on the wardrobe hanging strap would be great. The toiletry bag only attached safely if the bag and the shell are perfectly flat - if there is any bulging in either, the magnets do not hold it safely to the outside of the shell I think the recycling material a great idea and it seems to be quite robust, but to be honest I find it overpriced in general. Having used the wardrobe, I know that I could probably have got as much in without it - but then I wouldn't have been able to hang it up.”
