“The backpack is quite heavy when is empty, and the reinforcements of the back hurt a bit when hiking (I have had to spend a lot of time adjusting the straps to avoid this). Also, I find the top pocket too small when it could be bigger. And just an idea: I'm using the toiletry bag as a travel purse. I attach to it an adjustable strap I had and I carry it as a purse. I think you could consider this maybe for some future version (I find it nice to be able to carry the bag as a purse or to attach it to the backpack when it is safe, since there I'm carrying my wallet, keys and documentation). Overall, I'm quite happy with my purchase!”

“In short, I love this backpack. It's extremely functional, has loads of storage, it's designed in a smart way with straps that can be used when the bag is fully loaded and hidden away when it's being daily driven. It transforms almost instantly by removing the shelf making it a perfect travel bag for 1 week trip. I'm only giving it 4* though because it has one big flaw in my opinion. When the bag is fully loaded and weighing upwards of 10kg, the padding on the straps is just not enough, making it extremely uncomfortable to travel with for long hours. Maybe it the bag should also have some smart way of adding and removing padding to the straps? Anyway, all in all, excellent product, value and build quality.”

“So my biggest concern was how heavy would the bag be with the wardrobe system…. and actually while wearing the bag it feels lighter with clothes packed into the system than if they were just loose in the bag. I don’t actually understand why but it does :) of course it’s obviously not actually lighter. V2 wishes: Fix the straps The straps are absolutely terrible, the worst I’ve ever used (and I’ve owned many backpacks) It helps to use the chest strap to ease some of the discomfort, but really really badly designed straps. Modular laptop compartment I think it might be a good idea to make the laptop sleeve modular so in the case you don’t need to bring your laptop somewhere (for example camping trips) you can just slip it out Conclusion: I honestly don’t know what to think about the bag, it’s a good bag the organization is top notch and surprisingly doesn’t feel super heavy when packed out, but the straps are really uncomfortable.”
