“This is the second pair of Canyon that I have. Canyon are perfect for travelling to tropical countries where you can find beach, mountains, forest, jungle, cities... they are all-purpose shoes. But only for summer trips!”

“Received damaged product (laces) and I can't exhcange it because it does not qualify and they can send replacement laces. The frustrating part is the replacement laces won't arrive for another 2-3 weeks. I did not receive any email confirmation or updates and was told by customer service that there's no tracking for it. Basically i can't use the shoes i just bought for 2-3 weeks or until the replacement laces arrive (whenever that is). Not happy!!”
