How satisfied are you with the product quality? I have received a dirty or broken product

“Never received the item and no response from customer service about where the shipment went. Clearly a Tropicfeel problem because the tracking number they gave shows the item hasn’t even been picked up from the warehouse. Not sure what they are doing. Terrible.”

“The design is cool, it looks fresh, however it is not 100% waterproof and on some points it doesn't feel like high quality. Also there is very little room for your toes.”

“It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received the items I have paid for. And no one from Tropicfeel has reached out to me or responded to my queries. I will not be shopping here ever again. Neither will I recommend this product to anyone. I have not received it, so how can I review it. My first impressions of the service are very poor unfortunately.”

“Cancellation, exchange and refund procedure of product are extremely unfriendly and passive. The company did not take the initiative to arrange a refund to me after my parcel is returned to the warehouse. HUGELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED.”
